You will report to the Operations Head(Genius - Operations) who is assigned to your location.
Responsible in achieving branch’s Investments/ Recovery/ Credit/ Pawning/ Saving/ Micro Finance/ RBL targets and overall performance.
Grow business and increase profitability of the location.
Responsible in upgrading the standard of work in the location.
Ensure that the provided Company properties are maintained properly.
Preparation of monthly / Quarterly reports to the Management.
Exhibit the highest standards of integrity in all dealings with the organization and its transactions, fellow employees, Customers, Suppliers and the community at large.
Responsible for ensure compliance with the Company’s Anti-money laundering, Counter terrorism financing, and Proliferation funding policy and procedure, as well as relevant regulatory acts and circulars, at the branch level, in collaboration with the Compliance Officer.
Ensure all staff is thoroughly familiar with the emergency procedures of the location and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
Responsible for familiarize with all related Company documentation including policies and the procedures.
Responsible for ensure compliance with the Company’s Anti-money laundering, Counter terrorism financing, and Proliferation funding policy and procedure, as well as relevant regulatory acts and circulars, at the branch level, in collaboration with the Compliance Officer.
Responsible for the handling customer grievances and complaints empathically in an unbiased manner which reflect the adherence of the Complaint Handling Policy of the Company while fulfilling the requirements of the Customer Protection Framework.
Overall responsibility in smooth functioning of the location.
Ensure that any other duties assigned by the immediate superior/ Management are performed, as and when the need arises by the Company.
