• Responsible for providing world class technical support for customers who are having issues with IFS products (Asset Management area) and provide timely solutions for high critical issues. Experience working with IFS Applications versions 7 (and even earlier Centura clients), 7.5, 8, 9, 10 and IFS Cloud.
• Technical investigating, debugging, tracing, bug fixing and deployment of IFS Applications as well as some configurations work.

• Project included developing software requirement specification(SRS) for ERP system in Bursar's office of university of Peradeniya. Responsibilities included gathering requirements and creating description of new inventory management system to be developed.
