• Managing Petty Cash Issuing Petty Cash and Making Reducing Balance Method and Managing Receipts to Submit to Finance Department.
• Managing Stores Keeping Track of Inward Inventory and Outward Inventory, Issuing Materials to the Stitching Lines,Segregating Different Items and Keeping track of them
• Garment Packing used to Check on the Preliminary and Final Packing before Shipping out to the client
• Managing the Factory Maintenance including the Buildings,Machinery,Print Material and Furniture
• Observing and resolving issues in the Cutting Section of the Factory
• Coordinating with the Management and Office Staff of the Head Office for Factory and Production Matters
• Managing Factory Transport Fleet. Responsible for the Services required for Transport by Managing Fuel and Efficient Transport of the Workers with Safety.
• Opening and Closing of the Factory, I was Responsible for Opening the Factory Premises and Closing the Factory Premises.
• Taking Interviews of Factory Staff and Assigning them Job Roles. to Maximise Efficiency
• Check the Quality of the Garments before the Audit
