Dutiesresponsibilities
Preparing, finalizing all financial statements in compliance with SLAS. Planning, performing and concluding Audits. Preparing & finalizing of all Direct and indirect tax calculations, filling returns & submitting through RAMIS - (Income Tax, VAT, NBT, ESC, and WHT – All corporate, Individual and partnerships). Handling tax assessments, recommend solutions and representing clients with matters related to the IRD. (Advising on clients’ payments, lodging appeals and objections / Obtaining TIN/VAT Certificates). Import costing / production costing. General ledger monitoring, handling all reconciliation processes (Bank Reconciliations, AR/AP) Handling payroll. Understanding the environment, industry, management ethics, and report the management control weaknesses and recommend improvements. Supervision of staff, to ensure that the deadlines are met and adequate work has been performed to meet targets.
