- Concluded advisory engagement with Sri Lanka Ports Authority with the primary objective of attracting private sector participation in a USD 600 Mn terminal expansion project through Public Private Partnership or other structures/arrangements
- Leading the initiative to launch a Sri Lanka & impact focused private equity/debt fund. Have initiated discussions with multilaterals such as IFC & DFC as seed investors and private equity fund managers as potential JV partners with specific focus on raising a USD 100 Mn renewable energy debt fund. In parallel exploring opportunities to develop a deal pipeline
- Part of the team implementing a USD 20 Mn USAID funded 5-year climate change adaptation project in Sri Lanka & Maldives. Key focus areas include attracting foreign & private sector funding for adaptation

- Lead commercial due diligence of opportunities identified while exploring potential acquisitions in sectors such as Food & Beverage and Health Care as part of the Carson Cumberbatch Group M&A team
