• Since December 2022 up to date -National hospital Sri Lanka , working with a team of 16 doctors and 20 ursing officers in the central blood bank in a hospital with more than 10000 beds and work in avery busy setup.

key responsibilities

• Donor counseling, physical examination of donors,post donor monitoring and management of post donor adverse reactions.
• Patients blood grouping, antibody screening and DAT tests.
• Selection and crossmatch of compatible blood packs to patients.
• investigation of post transfusion reactions.

Worked with a team of 15 doctors and 28 nursing officers with in a busy community surgeries and ICU care. In Covid 19 pandemic we provided ICU care and anesthesia for Covid 19 patients.
