seeking solutions for customer requirements.
Actively involved in establishing Import pricing through overseas agents and local carriers.
Guide the Imports Documentation Division to meet KPIs and Customer service levels.
Encourage team to maintain the ERP system with accurate data, while providing necessary statistics,
Trade comparisons to the higher management.
Highly involved in arranging development programs for Imports and junior sales team to improve trade knowledge and team work.
Bringing new business opportunities

Develop and propose solutions to fulfill customer requirements and making sure smooth operation during new customer implementations.
Procurement and perform related functions for locally controlled business including 1st and last mile services.
Follow up and timely collecting of accounts receivables.
Assist the development of locally controlled business and improve vendor logistics.
Follow standard logistics procedures and provide customer service to nominated accounts.
Updating Internal systems – Web based systems, SAP, ACS 123 etc.

Handled total export procedure for particular Buyers as per their own requirements, special Documentation handling and System Updating. - NEXT, NIKE, COLUMBIA, TESCO, REEBOK,SMARTWOOL, GAP, MAST.
Dealing with Freight Forwarders, CFS, and Manufacturing Factories to do a smooth cargo delivery process and Price negotiations.
Documentation for Export, and handling Export shipments by coordinating with Merchandiser, International Buyers, Freight forwarders.
Negotiation for the export shipments through LC, TT and other special web-based negotiation terms (Trade card).
