Providing leadership and management to the Engineering department for asset management and energy management whilst providing base for fabric manufacturing and dispatch for complete manufacturing lines in B-to-B market and fully responsible for all the Engineering related activities in entire plant. ▪ Managing the plant equipment performance level below the KPI targets by Incorporating techniques FMEA, RCFA, Preventive maintenance strategies, Work order system, Proper planned and scheduled daily/ Weekly planning for high level of equipment reliability with optimized cost. ▪ Drive the team to spare part management (Planning, Ordering) and inventory management (Re-order process and storing procedure) to utilize the resources in optimum level to run the business smoothly. ▪ Managing the Main energy sources of whole industry whilst analyzing each type of energy and optimizing the energy by continues follow-up energy saving technics and addressing to all types of losses. ▪ Developing the engineering team to get success the given goals of plant equipment efficiency and energy optimization.

Providing leadership and management to the maintenance department under mechanical maintenance for asset management and maintenance whilst providing base for cement manufacturing and dispatch for two complete manufacturing lines in sold out market and fully responsible for all the Mechanical and Civil engineering related activities in entire plant. ▪ Incorporating techniques FMEA, RCFA, Preventive maintenance with Advanced level of conditioned based monitoring, Work order system and Proper planned and scheduled daily/ Weekly planning tools for high level of equipment reliability with optimized cost. ▪ Managing condition monitoring for high level asset management and support operational and capital expenditure planning. Managing assets for short-term and long-term improvement. ▪ Effective management of budget for mechanical maintenance. ▪ Improving the Preventive plans by doing Pareto analysis for down times and stoppages. ▪ Training, coaching, and leading a large team, providing discipline and performance. ▪ Plant level responsibility of Safety key elements – Isolation and lockouts (Champion).

Creating Maintenance master plan and executing the plan with preventive maintenance routings and corrective maintenance tasks for drive the maintenance planning. ▪ Weekly maintenance planning & job prioritizing. ▪ SAP Maintenance Planning (PM module) and Master Data handling. ▪ Working through the MAC SAP Maintenance Management System. ▪ Resource planning (Own Manpower, Outsourced services, and Materials) and work prioritizing the work based on the operation and equipment condition. ▪ Annual Budget preparation Daily maintenance and shut down. ▪ Shut down management and working over the shutdown life cycle. ▪ Focusing to Improve MTBF and Availability in the plant. ▪ Critical project planning and execution as Project Engineer.

Maintenance planner for entire plant (Daily planning and shut down planning) ▪ Maintenance master plan creation for equipment in the plant. ▪ SAP super user for PM module (Work order system, Planning and scheduling and Master data updating) ▪ BOM creation and updating for all equipment. ▪ Providing engineering solutions for the operational and maintenance issue under the maintenance department.
