- Here, I have been trained as a sales advisor on the shop floor, working with customers and identifying what is the best product for their needs.
- Keeping track of stock and orders and cashing up the tills at the end of the day.
- I also have been trained in the dispensary which entails gathering prescriptions and preparing blister packs for the pharmacist to check, answering phone calls, and keeping the dispensary stocked and date checked.
- With Davey's Pharmacy being one of the busiest pharmacies in Claremorris with prescriptions, this requires a great deal of organisation, confidentiality, and teamwork, which I always strive to do with great care and enthusiasm.
- Looking after customers in this setting, it is essential to be patient, friendly and have a smile on my face.
