  • Assist Head of Human Resources to formulate and recommend pro-active policies and objectives which will ensure that sufficient human resources are recruited, trained, and developed to provide a motivated, competent, and effective workforce.
  • Assist Head of Human Resources to prepare and conduct Industrial Relations negotiations and Union / Employees Management Programs.
  • Manage and coordinate the HR operation team (HRIS, Welfare, T&D) to facilitate HRBPs plant requirements : Manage and improve the plant HRIS system, Manage and improve the plant T&D function, Manage and improve the plant welfare function (Transport, Canteen, Janitorial & Insurance etc.)
  • Assist Plant HRBPs to make the organization become future-ready by focusing on the existing workforce in the organization and prepare them for the future (Startegic Planning). Areas that they will need to work on include: Reskilling and Upskilling - identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives, Strategic workforce planning - ensure the company's workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future, Succession planning - select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
  • Assist Head of Human Resources to determine short, medium, and long-term objectives, budget, and capital expenditure proposals for the manufacturing operations.
  • Employee Compensation and Benefits - Assist Head of Human Resources to ensure all legal requirements are met with regard to employment, working conditions, wage and salary administration, deductions, and payment to such bodies as E.P.F., E.T.F and any other statutory requirements.
  • Assist plant HRBPs to ensure proper and meaningful performance appraisal system are in place at each appropriate level, which will identify the strength of employees to overcome, identified weakness, shortcomings or needs.
  • Assist Head of Human Resources to ensure that all employees are educated on the discipline procedure of the Company through the preparation, updating and distribution of the Company manuals and monitoring of the discipline of employees in collaboration with the line managers. In case of breach of discipline, conducting the disciplinary inquiries or any further action that has to be taken as directed by the higher management.
  • Ensure report and statistical information (HR Ops data) are prepared and submitted on a timely basis which give a true and factual of the Human Resources operations activities. And ensure all relevant personal records meet company or legal requirements are maintained on a timely and accurate basis and are constantly updated to ensure their viability.
  • Taking accountability for the effectiveness of the quality management system & responsible to conduct IQA's (Internal Quality Audits) on Company Quality Systems and F11 & CSR audit requirements.
