Project involved 500 end users, around 20 Business Process Owners and 40+ SAP consultants.

Managed National level large scale for implementation of Email and Video Conferencing solution for 500,000 Government Servants across 1,000 Organizations in Sri Lanka under funding of World Bank.

Delivery Lead and PMO Lead for Brandix Enterprise Applications Group Delivery. Responsible for implementation of Project Management best practices and frameworks in Brandix Enterprise Application projects.

Change Management Lead for Camso UK SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce implementation. This is SAP migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. Salesforce was tightly integrated with SAP S/4HANA. Relocated to UK for one year for this project and worked along with Accenture as implementation partner.
