2 Years 5 Months- Hold overall responsibility and involvement for production END to END planning (4M), production output, process control, Waste reduction, plant operations, team driven and quality control across coconut-based manufacturing lines.
- Involved to Spray Dryer(YPG250 Manual ; 250KGPH) plant commissioning, Layout designing, Modification, CIP designing and Recipe Formulation(Organic, Conventional and Vegan). And leading coconut milk powder processing and spray dryer operations to achieve production output(45%) product quality, recovery.
- Planning and oversee UHT (SPX Infusion SDH 4000LPH) -treated coconut milk and coconut water processing, including ENGI-O (2000LPH Twin head) aseptic bulk filling operations (Operating skill)
- Oversee coconut milk canning, seaming and retorting (I Pack) and labelling processes while meet food safety, process control and efficient and effective labor usage .
- Oversee coconut de shelling, paring, kernel processing and partially defatted desiccated coconut production.
- Monitor TPM and TQM, optimize milk yield(80%) and powder recovery, reduce LFDC waste(1%), recruit and evaluate employees and Staff, set production norms, involve for waste (7 - wastes) reduction, cadre analysis and designing and prepare SOPs, work instructions. And involved to establish ERP ;BUSY systems and run BOMs.
