• During this period I handled all procurement matters of supplying goods and services for all 16 departments of the CMC

Serving as Deputy Director(Finance),

• Coordination with the general treasury to release monthly imprest for all 23 camps in SLAF.
• I am responsible for preparation of monthly bank reconciliation of the SLAF.
• Member of Departmental Procurement Committee
• Closely supervise salary preparation of nearly 40,000 both service and civil staff
• Foreign Training allowances and all other recurrent ,capital and ration voucher payments of the SLAF
