Nisham Madhushan

In 2010, I joined KIK Lanka Private Limited Panel Board Company, marking my first job as an electrician officer. Here, I honed my skills in bus bar bending, panel assembly, and various other areas.

Later, in 2013, I seized an opportunity to join Kuwait Ebomac Company as a wireman, transitioning from KIK Company. Over time, I diversified my expertise by working in different departments within the same company, including bus bar bending, panel assembly, and drawing wiring diagrams. In the same year, I was promoted to the position of QC (Quality Controller). Subsequently, I left the company in 2018.

However, amidst the COVID-19 epidemic, the company faced a shortage of personnel. Consequently, selected individuals, including myself, were offered visas to rejoin the company to address the vacancy. I rejoined Ebomac Institute in 2022 and currently serve as a quality controller.
