• Preparation of Road Design Drawings - Draft alignment plans, profiles, cross-sections, Road Sign & Marking typical details using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Structural Drafting - Prepare detailed drawings for culverts, retaining walls, and other drainage structures.
• As-Built Drawing Preparation: Update drawings based on site measurements and actual construction for final submission.
• Follow World Bank and client standards: ensure all drawings comply with World Bank documentation, local authority (e.g., RDA) standards, and project-specific CAD guidelines.
• Coordination with the Design Team - Work under highway and structural engineers to translate concepts into accurate drawings.
• Support Quantity Extraction - Assist in calculating quantities for BOQs by extracting data from drawings.
• Drawing Management - Maintain proper records of revisions, submissions, and approvals.
• Site visits (as required) - assist in field surveys and verify site conditions when needed.
• Submission Documentation - Organize and format drawing files for review, submission, and audits per World Bank requirements.
• Support Environmental and Social Components - Include design elements such as safety signage, drainage, and environmental protection measures, as per guidelines.

• Draft Structural Drawings - Prepare detailed drawings of bridges, culverts, headwalls, retaining walls, etc.
• Reinforcement detailing - draw bar bending schedules, reinforcement plans, and sections.
• Coordinate with the Structural Engineer to convert the engineer’s sketches and calculations into technical drawings.
• Draw sectional and elevation views—show accurate levels, dimensions, material types, and structural joints.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings - Update drawings based on site changes or final measurements.

• Preparation of design construction drawings.
• Preparation of design as-built drawings.
• Keep records of drawings, with revisions, and obsolete copies.
• Participation in site surveys when necessary.
• All the activities are to be carried out according to the ISO QMS (9001), EMS (14), and HMS (45001) systems, and the processes related to the activities.

• Steel Formwork Design Drafting - Prepare detailed drawings for formwork and falsework systems for piers, girders, and decks.
• Square Folding / Staging Arrangements - Draft folding/staging layouts, including scaffolding plans, support structures, and working platforms.
• Structural and Reinforcement Drawings - Assist in preparing reinforcement and general arrangement (GA) drawings for viaduct segments.
• Shop Drawings & Fabrication Support - Create fabrication details for formwork panels, custom supports, and steel components.
• Drawing Revisions & As-Built Preparation - Update construction drawings based on site changes, and prepare final as-built documentation.
• Coordination with Engineers and Site Team - Work closely with design and site engineers for formwork feasibility and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with standards: follow project-specific drawing standards and quality procedures.
• Drawing Documentation and Management - Maintain drawing logs, revision history, and obsolete records.
• Field verification (if needed): participate in site surveys, or measure actual formwork/staging setups.
• Other Assigned Drafting Tasks - Perform any additional drafting work related to the viaduct, or associated civil structures.

• Supervise daily site activities: monitor construction work, including masonry, concrete, finishes, and MEP installations.
• Interpret drawings and specifications - ensure work is carried out according to approved plans and structural/architectural details.
• Coordinate with the Site Team - Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Quality Control - Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain construction standards.
• Site Measurements & Level Checking - Check levels, plumb, and dimensions during setting out and construction.
• Material Management - Assist in tracking materials on-site, and requesting timely deliveries.
• Reporting and Documentation - Maintain site diaries, labor records, and daily progress reports.
• Safety Compliance - Ensure all work follows health and safety regulations.

• Prepare road design drawings: draw typical cross-sections, profiles, alignments, and layouts using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Handle survey and topo data: convert survey data into usable base drawings, and update alignment changes.
• Create Cross & Long Sections - Extract and draft cross-sections and longitudinal profiles from centerline data.
• Prepare Setting Out Plans - Draw layout plans and coordinates for construction and marking on site.
• As-Built Drawings: Visit the site, verify actual conditions, and prepare accurate as-built drawings.
• Quantity Take-Off Support - Help in extracting dimensions and quantities for earthwork, pavement layers, etc.
• Maintain drawing records: keep updated drawing files, revisions, and submission logs.
• Support the Site Team by providing drawings to site staff, and explain technical details if needed.
• Follow standards: use relevant highway authority or project CAD standards (e.g., RDA).

• Supervision of Site Works: Monitor ongoing construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Quality Assurance - Check material quality, workmanship, and adherence to construction standards.
• Verify the contractor’s work: ensure that the work is executed according to the design, BOQ, and relevant codes.
• Site Inspections & Reports - Conduct daily site inspections, and prepare progress and quality reports.
• Coordinate with the contractor and consultant team, and assist in resolving on-site technical issues and clarifications.
• Monitor Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure all site activities follow safety regulations and HSE standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain site diaries, inspection records.
• Assist in testing: witness material testing, trial runs, or structural inspections when required.
