The project is consisting of 49 Floors (143 units) of High-end residential apartments in a 224-meter-tall tower and a five-star hotel of 29 floors (371 keys) in another tower of 140 meters in height with a helipad, & has unique features of a Sky Bridge (54 m) with a swimming Pool at 100 meters height connecting both towers

• Takes ownership of assigned project scope and activities, ensuring timely delivery to the satisfaction of Client in accordance with the specifications , shop drawings,work practices, and standards.
• Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the building service providers & fit-out contractors onsite as part of regular monitoring and supervision
• Preparing schedules form master plan and sharing with vendors & executing the same.
• Supervise all on-site works ,resolve day-to-day problems on the job site and inspect all work during construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications and monitor quality of works
• Make sure all building services (MEP) is coordinated & executed same as per approved drawings & Specs
• Coordinating with clients, consultant and design team for technical review, Inspections & approvals
• Coordinating between the Procurement, Design, Contracts, & Site team
• Tracking the material procurement & delivery plan and review with subcontractors against each target weekly and follow-up for completion.

The Project features 800 keys, 5-star luxury hotels including suites towers 42 floors each with entertainment and associated facilities, conferencing & Exhibition Centre, spa, gym, banqueting, all-day dining, specialty restaurants, Two residential apartment towers (42 floors), One office tower (40 floors), a waterfront esplanade, landscaped public areas and retail mall(17 floors).

• Coordinating & executing all activities to manage high end finishes works such as floor & wall finishes, joinery works, furniture & Signage's
• conducting site level meeting for MEP coordination & Implementation
• Checking all interiors fit out works to match the specifications, method of statement Explaining and communicating work methodology to the site execution team
• Identifying the site problems and discussion with clients, consultant, and design team to get the quick solution before preceding the work
• Review of progress against targets set and reporting to the immediate supervisor
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• Maintaining health & safety at work Environment and take additional safety precautions if required
• Co-ordinate testing of materials wherever applicable and ensure specified quality standards are adhered
• Check the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare inspection reports, defects, if any
• Preparation of Inspection report and coordination with Client to get approval.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
• Preparing weekly,monthly report and review with project team

• Handling site work independently and coordination with Technicians, Contractors, Consultant and Client.
• Make sure all activities such as, fit out works, finishes and building services are match with approved shop drawings and specification as well coordinated.
• Monitoring and planning the site activities as per the construction schedule and update to the project manager.
• Preparation of Inspection report and coordination with Client to get approval.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
• Ordered and tracked delivery of materials and supplies from vendors.
• Prepared site reports and organized subcontractor invoices, code documentation, and schematics..
• Ordered and tracked the delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
• Recorded daily events and activities in the site diary to evaluate processes and improve productivity.

• Setting out the works in accordance with the approved drawings and ensure that works are carried out on site as approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Calculating quantity of materials and Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements
• Supervised and monitored daily tasks of foreman & workers .
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary, daily progress report, monthly progress report, subcontractor bills etc.
• Carries-out inspection day-to-day activities and reporting to the IS.
• Collaborated with management and fellow supervisors to organize operations and achieve demanding schedule targets.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Ensure all operations are performed under safe practices and as per the guidance of the HSE Team
