Duties and responsibilities (Post Contract):

• Advise Project Manager and project team on all commercial and contractual concerns.
• Preparation, submission and finalizing of interim payments and invoices to client and handling all commercial issues with consultant OS, PM, and commercial team.
• Review, verify and issuance of recommendations on subcontract payment, identify variations, prepare amendment to agreement and all related subcontract issues.
• Identifying and notifying, opportunities, risk for variations and claims to discuss with PM, cost engineers, technical team, planning and preparation of variation orders, submission and verification & finalization with consultant and client.
• Preparation of Final Reconciliation BOQ considering variations, including negotiation and finalization with consultant, Preparing, submission and verifying final measurement with consultant and close out of final account.
• Directly reporting and coordinating with project manager and dealing with consultants, clients, Suppliers, subcontractors etc.
• Participating in weekly & monthly progress meetings with consultants and other stakeholders.
  Duties and responsibilities (Pre Contract):
• Analysis of Tender documents. (Drawings, specifications and memorandums).
• Preparation of Master file for pricing.
• Preparation of Packages for RFQ
• Preparation of queries for tender and clarifications.
• Make inquiries and send them to Sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation.
• Updating Quotations
• Able to prepare BOQ for design and build projects.

Quantity takeoff for all civil elements (manually, AutoCAD, Blue beam) based on pricing preambles and compiling tender BOQ with description and specs.

Duties and responsibilities (Post Contract):

• Preparing Interim Payment Application.
• Manage subcontractor process including certification of payment
• Prepare, submit, and agree to Variation Orders (Cost Proposals) with Main Contractor.
• Maintain records of all subcontractors' agreements and certify payments accordingly.
• Preparing complete takcoff from as built drawing for final account.

Duties and responsibilities (Pre Contract):

• Preparing packages for getting current market prices from Vendors/Subcontractors.
• Quantity takcoff for all civil elements (manually, AutoCAD, Blue beam) based on pricing preambles and compiling tender BOQ with description and specs.

Duties and responsibilities (Post Contract):

• Provide quantities and details to cost control Engineers for budget and monthly cost reports.
• Preparation of Commercial reports, subcontract accrual, variation orders and reports.
• Preparation of Measurement sheets.
• Prepared correspondence, contract notice for variations to Sub-contractors in conjunction with Site Manager.
• Dealing with Subcontractors by monitoring site operation.
