Problem solving during the production process, if product does not meet predetermined style / Quality specification. QA Checks and analysis of Proto, Fit, PP and TOP samples as per tech pack. Conducting pre-production meetings with production team to advise the critical points of quality, during order and before delivery for production. Based on approved Shipment sample by customer, doing final inspection. Physical verification of carton quantity, Garment metrics and Compliance check.
