I worked in Hospitality trade Over Twenty Five Years before I became a Managing Director of S L Dream Tours (Pvt) Ltd. But during High School time to I had a passion about Cookery, not only theoretically but also practically. It gave a real value after joining to Ruhunu Tourist Bureau as a F&B Trainer i I am fluent in English, as I worked in a BAE system compound for over Five years in Middle East As been Hospitality expertise over Two decades my passion is to “exceed the expectation of my Guests”.

Cookery is my hobby from my childhood guidance of my Grand Mother. I started a Sri Lankan Traditional Cookery Demonstration Program in Galle. I have written a recipe book which include 22 recopies. Seasonal Vegetable Garden and Traditional Mud Kitchen represents ancient Sri Lankan Traditional Life Style which created a activity for the Foreigners who visit Sri Lanka for their Family holiday.
