I have worked as a civil site engineer and a contractor representative in construction projects for over fifteen years. During my career, I was involved in mini hydropower, building construction, road construction, and electricity substation construction in Sri Lanka. Skilled in working with AutoCAD and MS Project tools. My experience also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget. So my objective is to become a talented, ethically developed entrepreneur, with the achievement and maintenance of relevant professional qualifications and practices.

  • Controlling the cost of construction activities within the budget by evaluating DPR and applying strategic solutions.

  • Worked as In-charge for the façade work in a 42 storied tower from start to the completion and handing over to the client.
  • Reviewing internal finishing activities which have discussed in daily meeting.
  • Responsible for achieving all performance related targets.
  • Monitoring progress and comparison with planned. Highlighting delays and finding alternatives to catchup delays with maintaining the quality and safety requirements.
  • Ensure all stakeholders following safety, quality and line all the activities with organization’s requirements.
  • Responsible for approval of drawings from consultants.
