Project: EWM Implementation for Wheel Warehouse in line with Wheel Manufacturing & Wheel Assembly Divisions in SL

Role & Responsibilities:

· Conducted detailed discussions with stakeholders from the wheel manufacturing and assembly divisions to gather requirements for EWM integration.

· Mapped business processes to SAP MM and EWM functionalities for streamlined inventory and warehouse operations.

· Master Data Management- Managed the creation and maintenance of material master data, vendor master data, and purchase info records.

· Defined and configured MM Org Structure and Set up warehouse-specific master data in MM perspective.

· Integration of MM with EWM - Configured goods receipt and goods issue processes to support seamless integration between MM and EWM modules.

· Develop SAP modules to enable transactions (wheel paint line to warehouse/warehouse to assembly division/assembly to PGI) by scanning barcodes pasted on painted wheels and barcoded pallet labels.

· Testing and Training - Conducted unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the deliverables/configurations.

· Prepared end-user training materials and conducted training sessions for warehouse and production, procurement business users.

· Project Documentation and Support - Documented functional specifications, configuration settings, and testing results for future reference.

· Provided post-go-live support to resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.

Project: Vietnam Mixing Plant IT Project - ERP implementation for New Mixing Plant in Vietnam (On-Site in Vietnam & Off-site)

Duration: July 2022 - August 2023

Role & Responsibilities:

· Configured SAP MM module to support procurement workflows, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts.

· Implement inventory management processes tailored to the mixing plant, incorporating batch management and storage location control.

· Created and maintained vendor master data and material master data for raw materials and finished goods used in the mixing plant.

· Integration with Other cross Modules- Ensured seamless integration of SAP MM with SAP Production Planning (PP) for raw material availability and consumption tracking.

· Designed & developed Raw Material Forecasting program in SAP for facilitate material planning and procurement process for Vietnam mixing plant.

· Documentation and Knowledge Transfer - Documented functional specifications, configurations, and process changes for the ERP implementation.

· Provided knowledge transfer to the in-house IT team for future support and enhancements.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Analyze business processes and identify gaps, access related IT issues with the Michelin integration which are required to facilitate as a mandatory compliance requirement.

· Ensure proper role design and authorization during the implementation.

· Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements.

· Design and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).

· Test solutions (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing) and validate security roles within the SAP environment.
