• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operation of project.
• Manage project team to achieve desired progress by submitting project deliverables on time while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Consult project team on design and implementation aspects of Low Voltage Electrical System and promote value addition methods for cost optimization.
• Attending project meetings, preparation of status reports and frequent review for further developments.
• Manage change requests with consideration of Scope, Cost and Time Management.
• Consult clients for design optimizations, value additions and new opportunities in Low Voltage Electrical System.
• Maintain correspondences for future reference.
• Effective management of resources by maintaining Procurement Schedule considering actual requirements and opportunity costs.

• Sethsiripaya Stage III (Government Office Building): [90 Million USD]

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site (Low Voltage and Extra Low Voltage Systems) and coordination of MEP Works.
• Interpretation of construction drawings, and analyzing of contract documents, and applicable standards/specifications prior to execution of project work.
• Develop shop drawings / material approval submittals with consideration of above documents and related national and international standards and submit consultant for review.
• Plan and execution of all electrical related work according to project management practices and coordinates the work with mechanical/civil groups and sub-contractors (MEP & Civil) with ensuring positive cash flow management.
• Implement cost saving strategies for betterment of organization.
• Evaluation technical and price proposals of sub contractors’ tenders/ proposals for LV and ELV systems, and negotiate to achieve best solutions for project and organization.
• Submission of weekly/monthly reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensure that all project implementation work is based on approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards Local or International.
• Lead Testing and commissioning of newly built system while training client's staff.
• Develop As-Built drawings, hand over documents to submit end client.
• Ensure safety of all electrical groups’ personnel by adhering to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.

Project: Defense Headquarters -Akuregoda : [30 Million USD]Responsibilities

• Responsible for design of entire Low Voltage (LV) electrical installation system and Lightning Protection Systems accordance to client requirements and to international and national standards.
• Frequent communication with clients to identify their requirements and analyze them to include them in design.
• Develop Design drawings, specifications, technical schedules to use at tender document.
• Responsible for providing assistance for bid evaluation committee.
• Coordination with site engineers and supervise LV implementation work.
• Issue direction to site staff for non compliances.
• Oversee testing and commissioning work carried out by Electrical Contractor.

• Fully responsible for analytical fault clearance and preventive maintenance of all power systems by providing sustainable solutions, and zero downtime due to power related faults
• Responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of AC Systems, DC Systems, Earthing Systems, Lightning Protection Systems and Air Conditioning Systems (Precision and Standard) at Suntel Base Stations, Data Centres and Switching Centres
• Responsible for planning and implementing of power related projects by achieving optimum resource utilization
• Coordination with vendors and other related parties on power systems’ operational issues and dealing with service level agreements.
