• Refurbishment of C e n t r a l Fish M a r k e t - Peliyagoda. (Civil works, MEP and Epoxy/Polyurethane Flooring with in 2 months).
• Construction of Central Bus Stand and access - Piliyandala. (A Steel Building, earth works and Asphalt works and 200 million project).
• Construction of 08 storied building for Medical Ward, District General Hospital, Kalutara. (Rs 2.8 billion project)
• Construction of Accident and Emergency Unit , District General Hospital , Kalutra. (A Four storied building of Rs 750 million).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervised and inspected work of contractors across construction sites.
• Completed construction goals safely on budget and to desired deadline.
• Reviewed designs, plans and reports to ensure constant compliance with project specifications.
• Reduced costs by allocating site resources and subcontractors for strict budget controls.
• Preparation of project documentation including work orders, method statements, construction program and risk assessments.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction works.
• Preparing of material requirements and balance materials. Checking rebar works, formworks and concrete of structural elements.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings and obtaining prior approvals.
• Arranging Meetings at Site with the Sub Contractors weekly.
• Arranging Meetings with the Workforce fortnightly, to discuss about the problems faced by them and also to find suitable solutions.
• Checking and certifying the Sub Contractors’ Invoices for payments.
• Making arrangements to ensure the compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Coordinating the Electrical, Mechanical and other related divisions.
