Lean Manufacturing
Strong design aesthetic and point of view
Extensive understanding of fabric Knitting and fabric printing
Excellent knowledge about Lab testing of raw materials and apparel testing standards & methods
Strong presentation and public speaking skills and ability to clearly communicate and articulate fabric direction to both design teams and oversee vendors
Knowledge of using spectrophotometer, light boxes, Digi eye machine and other color tools
