• Lead the sourcing and development of fabric for Tesco, Yours clothing, New look Brand.
• Handle and carry out the color development process for the styles, making sure to follow the SOP and satisfy customer norms and requirements

• Be actively involved in sourcing woven and knit fabrics from Asia and Europe, target costing and maintaining the quality control from fiber to finished products.
• Partner with overseas teams to review fabrics and test reports, proposing solutions to any issues at development stage

• Served as a Senior Technical Product Development Executive for the digital print process of active/swim/intimate wear clients, notably Lululemon, NIKE, and Victoria’s Secret for their seasonal prints
• Manage the development of seasonal Prints Strike offs and achieve weekly 75% Hit rate & 95% On time submission rate.
• Recommend best print route and wash techniques and track submissions for given art works.
• Communicate with overseas partners and Brand Product Development team on a daily basis
• Closely work with fabric manufacturing team & have strong knowledge about warp & weft knit fabrics.
