Summary

Confident, positive, enthusiastic and very passionate about what I do. Working in a project environment has enabled me to gain and perform good research, analytical and communicative skills. I work well of my own initiative and being a project manager, I have brought teams together to achieve a common goal. I can develop new skills quickly. I am also reliable and conscientious, I have proven record of achieving targets and goals, giving me the drive to be successful in what I do.

Moreover, I have also excelled in the field of theatre and have put on board many productions in Sri Lanka. I run my own theatre company (non-profit organization) and the objective is to give individuals and students ample opportunity for them to showcase their talents and excel in the field of arts. More often than not, I find myself playing the role of a Project Manager in the field of theatre and I find myself applying what I learn outside work in HSBC as well.
