- Company Overview: I worked at Chrysalis badulla branch, as a Project animator, in Supporting Effective Dispute Resolution (SEDR)
- In the above said project, few programs were held in order to build up team work at a selected village, called 'Kanavarella'
- I participated several training programs regarding effective dispute resolution along with 10 more selected individuals
- At the end of the training programs, we identified & solved one major dispute in the village, which was 'the uneven distribution of drinking water'
- Training on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) was also done meanwhile
- At the end of the project, progress was measured by the answers given by the villagers to a given questionnaire
- And the final evaluation result was 'successful'
- I worked at Chrysalis badulla branch, as a Project animator, in Supporting Effective Dispute Resolution (SEDR)
