My career has been built on successfully managing cross-functional teams in the banking and nonprofit sectors, where I’ve spearheaded initiatives focused on compliance, community outreach, and financial management. With a deep understanding of Sri Lankan cultural dynamics, government regulations, and international humanitarian standards, I am well-equipped to lead CERI Sri Lanka’s mission of supporting vulnerable children and families through impactful programs.

My academic background, including an Executive MBA and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, is complemented by a robust track record in managing projects, financial operations, and partnerships. I have demonstrated success in aligning operations with organizational objectives and have built sustainable relationships with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders. Fluent in English and with proficiency in other languages, I am confident in my ability to drive operational excellence, advocacy, and program delivery while ensuring the well-being of staff and children under CERI's care.
