Key responsibilities

• The conformity of materials is ensured throughout the manufacturing process, allowing their release.
  • The identified risks are controlled and the effectiveness of implemented guarantee actions is demonstrated.
  • The risks of nonsatisfaction of the customer are anticipated in the process of quality planning and their control contributes to the qualification of raw materials, materials, processes and methods.
  • All the complaints, non-conformities and changes in performance are treated with necessary reactions and effectiveness. Causes of anomalies and nonperformance are resolved at the activity level.
  • For its domain:
  - The adequacy and application of quality assurance related to the manufacture of the material are guaranteed
  - The suitable quality plan is defined and applied.
  - The guarantee referentials are defined and applied locally.
  - Quality assurance provisions are implemented and effective.
  • Qualification of personnel having an impact on the quality of materials is ensured a sustainable manner

The quality and reliability of the results of measurements / calibrations is ensured by enforcing the correct application of the central measurement reference systems, including for delegated or subcontracted operations, while respecting the expectations of the applicants in terms of deadlines and costs.

• All claims, nonconformities and performance deviations are handled with the necessary responsiveness and effectiveness until the closure of the action plans.
• The adequacy of jobs, skills with the needs and development of the OR accountability of laboratory teams, the qualification of personnel having an impact on measurement / calibration is ensured in a sustainable way for his/her area of expertise.

Main Responsibility & Work Experience

• Responsible for the entire plant process control
• Monitoring daily inflow and outflow ppm and preparing
  action plan in daily quality meeting .
• Responsible to maintain target of inflow and out flow KPI's .
• Managed 9 Patrol QC's with 30 laboratory QC's under the QA department.
  

Responsibilities- Lean manufacturing & operation excellence with training
and development.
Achievements- Achieved 33% OEE increase from 50% to 83% by giving
leadership for process teams in DPL Operation Excellence
program at Dipped Products PLC.

Labor controlling -
Experience to manage one shift during plant startup days
where 90% of employees in contract category.

Quality control /Process control-
Online quality control ( With online run chart of the all
plant defect rate)
Fully involvement of controlling the process parameters
to meet a quality product.
Decision taking to weather the plant continue or bypass
by analyzing online quality level of the product.
