Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support ongoing ERP, EPM, EBS technical solutioning activities in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact and immediate owner for a team of technical consultants, providing guidance and oversight.
• Address and resolve customer technical queries, ensuring customers effectively leverage the full capabilities of Oracle platforms.
• Design and deliver technical solutions for new business automations to enhance and streamline customer operational processes.
• Manage and support upgrades of customer cloud tenancies to enable new, scalable, and future-ready services that benefit both the organization and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-application teams to ensure Oracle ecosystems at customer environments are stable, optimized, and well maintained.
• Engage with Oracle Support through service requests (SRs), demonstrating strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Oracle technologies with in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion backend components.
• Support integration of legacy systems using APIs and web services.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, error logs, and resolution timelines.
• Train and enable customer technical teams to handle first-level support issues and perform initial issue identification.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of custom-built ERP systems covering Finance, Budgeting, Procurement, and Fixed Assets modules.
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Forms 11g–based applications and Oracle Reports across finance-related modules.
• Design, develop, and support system integrations with third-party platforms, including bank integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.
• Maintain technical documentation including system architecture, integration flows, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and data security guidelines.

Implementations & Support Consultancy

• Design, development, and support of custom Oracle-based ERP solutions covering Finance, Budgeting, Procurement, and Fixed Assets using Oracle Forms 11gand Oracle Database (PL/SQL).
• Development and maintenance of Oracle Reports for financial, operational, and statutory reporting with emphasis on accuracy and performance.
