  • Treating critically ill patients, diagnosing, treating and preventing organ failures in adults.

  • Received the National Research Council Merit award for scientific publication in 2015 for PAEDIATRIC NEUROLOGY 2015, vol53, Issue 3, pg 193-199 (https://www.nrc.gov.lk)
  • The research was published in many international journals and had an oral presentation at the 30th International Epilepsy Congress in June 2013 at Montreal.

Hobbies and Interests

When I'm not practicing medicine, I enjoy  crocheting and sewing. I also enjoy writing short stories when I have the time and I offer free medical services down at the community everytime I'm available. I've recently taken up meditation, which has improved my focus at work and also I love reading books.
