• Assist 11 residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, bathing, dressing & grooming.
• Transfer patients and residents from bed to chair or wheelchair.
• Every few hours change the position of terminally ill patients in bed.
• Assist medical staff with taking vital signs and administering medications.
• Once a week take the patients for Physiotherapy and be with them during Physio sessions.
• Caring for wounds, and wound dressing on a daily basis.
• Maintain patients’ rooms and equipment.
• Providing emotional support and conversation for patients.
• Conduct games and activities for the residents to keep them happy and feel better.
• Perform housekeeping duties like cleaning and laundry.
• Following best practices for patient care and home regulations ensuring patient safety.
• Transport patients from wheelchair to vehicle.
• Follow up and take the seniors or patients to doctors’ appointments.
