  • Gather flight/fuel data from relevant sources and populate the FMIS in a 100% accurate and timely manner.
  • Detect erroneous and/or missing data in the FMIS, by applying data verification processes and take corrective measures, in order to ensure an error free and up-to-date database. Issues pertaining to same, which are identified during the daily and monthly verifications should be brought to the notice of the Executive/Manager.
  • Continuously monitor/evaluate the progress of implemented Fuel Saving Initiatives and maintaining the KPIs up-to-date.
  • Monitor flight plans for deviations against the company Fuel Policy and Fuel Planning Notices while carrying out the data entry process and bring any such deviations to the notice of the sectional Executive/Manager.

  • Ensure speedy and professional handling is provided to special passengers and passengers with night stop facility or with disrupted flight routings fulfilling the Organizational obligations and that they have been accepted on the scheduled departing flights with their baggage to maintain high standards of service.
  • Attend to the WT action file (CXF), initiate, update and follow up tracing of mishandled baggage in WT system, handle complex passenger baggage related issues and ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all customer touch points whilst adhering to the standards and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Reservation Services and Global Contract Centre to re- book and reissue tickets of passengers with disrupted flight routings minimizing inconvenience to passengers, excess baggage tickets/EMD are issued and excess baggage is collect when required. Perfect "Aircraft Handling Advise Note" for all AD-HOC / special flight movements and deposit all revenue collected during the shift at the designated bank and be accountable for the revenue documents to ensure that all due revenue to the Company is collected and passengers are provided with high standards of service to minimize Inconvenience
