With six years of experience as a Medical Officer, I bring a strong foundation in the medical field. I began my career as a Medical Officer in Surgery at District General Hospital, Mannar, where I gained valuable experience in surgical care. Following this, I transitioned to the prestigious National Hospital of Sri Lanka, specializing in Anaesthesia and ICU.
My work in these specialized units has honed my skills in critical care, anesthesiology, and complex neurosurgical procedures. I have a demonstrated commitment to patient well-being and safety, as well as a proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure medical environments. I am now seeking opportunities to further leverage my expertise and contribute to the advancement of healthcare in a dynamic medical setting.

When I'm not practicing medicine, I enjoy flying drones, crocheting and sewing to maintain manual dexterity. I also enjoy writing short stories when I have the time and I offer free medical services down at the community center every weekend. I've recently taken up meditation, which has improved my focus at work and my personal relationships.
