Key responsibilities
- Managed credit sales of the branch by leveraging knowledge of market conditions and identifying strategic business opportunities.
- Responsible for meeting annual/monthly targets of the branch in line with the bank’s growth strategy.
- Responsible for identifying the credit requirements of the customers via interviews and discussions. Structure the facilities according to the identified requirement and the nature of the business.
- Responsible for the initial assessment of the creditworthiness of customers and providing relevant information to the centralized unit to process and grant the credit facilities.
- Consulting and advising high net worth customers on investment and lending opportunities, retaining, and managing existing investments and facilities.
- Managed customer interactions and reminders to mitigate credit risks and maintain minimum NPL levels in a timely manner.
