  • Recruited at the Pre- Opening stage and headed all activities and functions to kick off the operation at the best standard operation procedures expected by the holding company and its board
  • Undertook all recruitment activities of the team and coordinated with HR Department to execute the task accordingly with best talent search & headhunting procedures
  • Involved in all activities in coordinating the launching event and successfully completed the opening of the property within laid target date

  • The greatest career satisfaction achieved during my career is the establishment & Management of ' Central Maintance Unit - CMU " @ Uga Escape, which is my innovation and it has brought enormous cost benefit for the Uga Escape group and developed some greatest talents from raw hands recruited from village. This unit has executed major refurbishments , constructions, enhancements and facility additions for 5 luxury resorts within the group and functioned directly under my purview. It is a successful ancillary engineering unit at Uga escapes and still continue its legacy.

Leadership & CSR Activities

  • Involved & Initiated Several CSR activities such as Renovation and Refurbishment of Kuchcheveli Village Hospital Ward and establishing drinking water facility to the hospital, Provided educational equipment's and upgraded complete classroom facility at village schools, Established Sign boards to create awareness for tourist visiting Pigeon Island Marine National park and Clean the environment with staff, assisted in all religious places in the surrounding on various requirements, provided drinking water facility to the immediate villages in draught season to mention few during my tenure at Jungle Beach by Uga Escapes.
  • Guided, trained and employed 45 % local staff at Jungle Beach which is highest in the province who do not have any awareness of Hospitality industry. This also include War Widows & Ex Combatants which eventually completely transformed their livelihoods and values in life
